About 45 minutes from Blantyre, lies the beautiful tea and coffee estate, Satemwa, you can go for either a simple day trip to the stunning picnic site and view point or for a more elegant high tea at the old family home, Huntingdon House. Huntingdon House is also available for an overnight stay with dinner and breakfast. Also make sure to enjoy the many gorgeous hikes through the tea fields.

-Majete Wildlife Reserve-

About 1-1.5 hours south of Blantyre, in the Shire Valley is the Majete Wildlife Reserve. There are a few places to stay and a picnic spot for those wishing to make it a day trip.
